Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in creating efficiencies within the office of the CEO by maximizing reach across AOB, following up on strategic short term and long-term projects, supporting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, data analysis, and other executive assistant responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Teamwork and collaboration at all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Maturity to manage confidential information
High level of initiative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maximizes CEO reach across AOB. Helps to connect dots across functions and functional leadership.
Manages follow up on a variety of short term and long-term projects.
Manages CEO schedule to build in time for planning, meetings, follow ups, and travel.
Supports relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Collaborates with Executive team members as needed.
Actively participates in American Outdoor Brands’ employee engagement team, the Ambassadors of Goodwill (“AOG”), including helping to coordinate related activities and events.
Supports Earnings calls, Board meetings, Townhall meetings, and other critical events from planning to execution.
Conduct research and prepare briefing reports and summaries for the CEO, as needed.
Works with VP of Investor Relations to help draft certain talking points and emails on behalf of the CEO, often handling confidential and sensitive information.
Creates travel itineraries and expense reports for the CEO, the rest of the Executive Team, and Board of Directors.
Perform additional executive assistant responsibilities, as required.
