Job Description
Our team is growing and looking to add a Bilingual (Spanish) Commercial Lines Service Assistant who fits the culture of our organization. This position requires direct interaction with customer and carrier partners with a positive attitude and willingness to do whatever needs to be done to make sure the job gets completed.
One-year Commercial or Personal Lines insurance experience required.

Bilingual (Spanish) a must.

Duties Include Assisting the Account Manager With:

– Process changes as requested
– Answer billing questions
– Make customer payments as needed
– Take Claim information and complete Loss Notice Acord Form
– Run and process MVRs per Agency Standards
– Issue Certificates and Evidence of Insurance
– Order Loss Runs
– Collect Renewal Data
– Follow Up on Notice of Cancellation-maintain tasks, update EPIC
– Research client or prospect information
– Enter Data into Accord Forms
– Complete Marshall Swift Replacement Cost Estimator
– Follow Up with Underwriters on Submissions- New and Renewal Business
– Complete Cancellation Process per Agency Standards
– Prepare Renewal Proposals
– Telephone Back Up to Receptionist

Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
